We have direct access to the Ausable River... so stay with us
and show the fish your skills!

 Whiteface Mountain offers it all.
Skiing and riding the biggest vertical in the east, including the double diamond
"Slides" or you can cruise the corduroy.

Mountain Bike back-country trails,
try the lift served single track at Whiteface Mt. or Road Bike scenic byways.

Fish the famous West Branch of the
Ausable River and other renowned lakes & streams.

Paddle a kayak or canoe. Relax and enjoy the view on calm
wilderness waterways or try a more exciting white water route.

Bird-Watching abounds. Spot the
smallest hummingbird to eagle, osprey and other birds of prey.

Hiking choices are endless. From short
walks and day trips to overnights in the High Peaks.

Experience Lake Placid, the Olympic
Village and all of the exciting venues.

We are situated adjacent to our village beach, where there is fishing, supervised swimming and a play area for children. Boats are available on site and launch directly onto the Ausable River.
 
Suite Rates: Single Night drop in rate $129 plus tax - per night plus taxes Two or more consecutive nights $119- per night plus taxes (2 night min) Weekly 6 nights - $714- plus taxes (your seventh night is free!)

Suites offer :

 A living room with a futon sofa - gas fireplace - cable tv - and sliders to private deck with view of Whiteface Mt.
There is a kitchen area for your convenience with utensils and cookware provided.

The spacious Bath has a great two person jacuzzi and separate shower.

The bedroom has new queen size bed & sliders for deck access.

Cabin Rates: Single night drop in rate $95 plus tax, Multiple nights $85 plus tax (2 night min) Weekly 6 nights -$510 plus tax (your seventh night is free!)
Double cabin rate: single night drop in rate $ 139 plus tax -Multiple nights $129 plus tax (2 night min reservation) Weekly 6 nights $774 plus tax (your seventh night is free!)

Reservations are held by receipt of a deposit in cash, check or money order for the amount of a one night stay, for the unit being reserved." "Deposits are not refundable, including early departures for inclimate weather. Deposits MAY be honored if notified 10 days prior to arrival date and only if applied during the current calendar year and for a minimum two night stay for the original unit booked.
