private lake front camp is situated on a 200 + acre motorless lake in a private
8 acre park. The area offers an abundance of tranquility disrupted only by the
loons and an occasional slap of a beaver's tail.
The camp is a two bedroom newly furnished year round home and comes with a private dock, a canoe, kayak, and a pedal boat for your enjoyment of the beautiful sparsely developed lake with good fishing.
The camp has a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms,with one queen bed, two singles and two single sleeper sofas. There is a furnace, washer/dryer, and a full bathroom. It features a 46' flat screen TV with cable, screened in porch overlooking the lake and an outdoor firepit with firewood provided.

home policies:
The
camp sleeps a maximum of 6 people- please ask about additional occupancy. A $400
deposit is due within two weeks of reserving the cabin. The 
the
remainder of the rental balance is due upon arrival. If you must cancel your reservation,
please let us know as early as possible. You will lose 100% of your deposit if
you do not cancel eight weeks prior to your check-in date.
We
require a $100 security deposit in case of damage not caused by regular wear and
tear. The deposit will be returned within 10 days following inspection after your
stay. If there is more than $100 in damage, you will be billed for the remaining
amount. We appreciate you leaving the house in the same condition that it was
found. We do allow pets for a $50 security , smoking is allowed on the screened
porch. If we find that either of these policies has been violated, we will keep
100% of the security deposit.
Check
in time is 2:00 PM and check out is 11:00 am. These times are necessary to allow
preparation between renters.
Linens and towels are provided. Judicial use of
the water systems, are requested as the house is serviced by a well and septic
system.
The rental fee includes cable TV with unlimited long distance
calling.
